Terms of Service (TOS)

GENERAL
- Image references that show the general idea of the commission are required.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
- Please discuss your request with me before ordering. This allows me to confirm whether I can accept your order.
- Once your request is accepted, I will contact you and let you know when I start the sketching process.
- I will draw: Fanart, OC, slight NSFW.
- I will not draw: Furry, mech, explicit NSFW, or sensitive topics.PAYMENTS
- Full payment is required upfront.
- An additional 5% of the final fee will be charged to cover service fees.
- Refunds are not available. This is to avoid complications with PayPal. Please read the Terms of Service carefully before placing an order.REVISIONS
- I will provide a sketch of your commission before starting the painting process.
- You may request up to 3 full revisions during the sketching phase.
- Significant changes requested after the painting process begins will incur an additional fee.
- Small changes to expressions, colors, or poses are free of charge.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Let me know if the commission is urgent and has a specific deadline.
- Usual delivery time is 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on the complexity of the piece.
- Rush orders will incur an additional 25% fee.USAGE
- Commissions are for personal use only and are not to be used for commercial purposes (e.g., prints) unless discussed beforehand. Commercial licensing will require an additional fee.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- Please credit me if you share or use my work.
- I retain the rights to include all illustrations in my portfolio.
- I have the right to post the artwork on social media with a link to you, unless you prefer to remain anonymous. Let me know if you would like the artwork to remain private.REFUNDS
- Refunds are not available once I have started working on the piece.COMMUNICATION
- Communication will be via Ko-fi, Twitter/X, or Instagram.
